Richard C. Retzback, of Philadelphia. passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the age of 87.
Raised in Mayfair, He was a graduate of Northeast Catholic HS. He had a successful career with Reber Friel Co. and retired as a Sr. Vice President after more than 30 years. Since 1964, Rich was an Eagles season ticket holder and enjoyed many trips on the NE Philly Eagles bus. Together with his wife Loretta, he enjoyed travelling to Europe, and trips to the Orchestra and Theater in Philadelphia as well as NYC.
Cherished Husband of Loretta (nee Moritz). Beloved brother-in-law of the late Joseph Moritz, Sr., Dennis (Janet) Moritz and Dorothy (the late Edward) Kelly. Loving uncle of Karen (Larry) Mangold, Edward (Peggy) Kelly, Timothy (Maryann) Kelly, Mark (Barbara) Kelly, Joseph Moritz, Katie (Brian) Wallace, Melissa (Rob) McMahon and his godson the late Brian Kelly.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 9:30 AM until 10:45 AM at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19114; followed by his Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
