Mrs. Smith was a nurse at Pennsylvania Hospital and a volunteer for St. Christopher's Hospital for Children where her husband, David S., M.D., was a pediatrician for 50 years.
Devoted mother of Davis S. Jr. (the late Kathleen), Ginny Smith (Randy) and Donald F. (Cheryl). Grandmother of David S. III (Payton), Amanda Binczewski (Lenny), Bryant (Meagan), Josh Wiegand (Kara), Don Jr. (Melanie), Jennifer and Melissa. Great-grandmother of Violet, Lenny, Brooke, Avery, Bryn and Emma.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Sunday, 6:00 - 8:00 P.M., at the Hollen Funeral Home (T. J. Fluehr, F.D.), 3160 Grant Avenue (West of Academy Road) and Monday, 9:00 - 10:00 A.M., at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Avenue.
Funeral Mass will be 10:00 A.M. at above mentioned church.
Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
